Seattle Offline Street Map
By Networking 2.0
Open iTunes to buy and download apps.
This app allows you to browse street level map of Seattle when you are traveling. You don't need to have internet connection for this to work as the map is stored on your iPhone or iPod Touch. Ideal for saving roaming charges or having to find the local wifi to access the built-in map application.
You can pinch to zoom in and out of the map just like you can with the built-in map application.
There is also support for GPS on the iPhone and iPod Touch (via WiFi).

Buggy, but GPS works offline?
I downloaded this on my iPhone because I walk around a lot and just wanted a handy map for reference.
Pros: The GPS locator seems to work when my cellular data is turned off and when I'm not connected to WiFi. I discovered this on accident, and have no idea how it's working, but it seems accurate.
Cons: It's buggy when trying to zoom in. The text on street names resizes to be itty bitty. Sometimes the map image does not show up, and when I'm zoomed in a lot, the image is pixelated.
Completely useless. The map doesn't even pan in the right direction when you swipe to move.
Changes on its own
Zooms out on it's own.
Too buggy I deleted. Sticking with Google maps.
