Practiced Yoga many years ago. Got away from it. Now I'm old, stiff & sore. This has been a fantastic way to get back into it. At my own pace. A Day at a Time.
Does the job for myself (I'm a beginner and not looking to become a yogi.) I was looking for something quick to finish of my workouts/stretch before long motorbike rides. I do wish it had a chime in between poses.
