I wish I could give this to everyone

I love this app! It's easy, fun, and quick! I'm trying to use it every night before I get in the shower and it's a simple way to get in a quick workout! I wish I could give this app to all of my friends! However, it does take total control of the audio on your phone. This isn't a problem because I've bought a lot of music, but I can see how that would upset others. But I love this app!

Love this app

Very clear instructions. Really only takes five minutes. I feel I'm doing something good for myself and becoming more flexible as I go along. If I struggle with a pose I just do the best I can and am getting better with time, which is what the instructions tell you to do. No guilt, no failure.

Nice intro to yoga!

This is a great app to start yoga or get back into it. Starting five minutes at a time, you get an introduction to some basic poses, and the app tells you when time is up.
