Great Quick Yoga app!

If you want a quick but challenging yoga workout, this app is great!

I've been doing micro workouts for a little over 2 weeks now, and tried several apps.

I like how clearly this app explains each yoga pose, along with pictures of the correct positions.

I've used another app by the same company, "5 minute home workout", and while they are similar, this one is only yoga, while the other is 5-6 different kinds of mini workouts. (I rate both at 5 stars!)

This app's yoga workout seems more challenging than the version in "5 minute home workout", which offers breaks and shorter pose times (at least in beginner setting).

If you want a quick but challenging yoga workout, this app is great!

Great little app!

I try to do a little session every hour or so throughout my workday, to help me keep stretching and moving. It's fast, it's simple, and the directions are really clear, although a note to those who've never done yoga: You might run into one or two poses you might not be certain how to perform, but the vast majority are really simple and easy for beginners. Recommended

Convenient yoga fitness app for beginners

For those beginners who travel a lot, or prefer to work out from home instead of taking a gym class, this app is perfect. I use yoga as warm-ups before my daily morning cardio and strength training routines. I'm always short on time and this app is perfect for me.
