Great basic banking tool
I bank with a very small local bank in New Orleans and this is what they use as their mobile banking app. I'm very surprised there are so many bad reviews for it. It's not super high-tech. All you can do with it is check your balance and transfer $ between accounts. But that's all I need. I basically just want to be able to check my recent activity and since it's at the tip of my fingers I can do it quickly and easily.
This app is horrible.
I was directed through my credit union to get this app as they were promoting their new "mobile banking" feature. I was really excited. But when trying to go through my banks instructions and the apps instructions, things get insane and confusing. Not to mention glitchy. I finaly got it to work and it worked for a week before it booted me and lost all my account info and now when I try to redo my account a login I get error messages. The makers of this app should be fired and my bank should stop promoting it and because they won't help either I'm considering switching to a actual bank.
When I first downloaded this app, it was missing the deposit button. I asked the bank teller about it and she said they had to call to get permission for that feature. After that was taken care of, the next time I logged in, the deposit button was on there.
