Frank West, a freelance photojournalist on the hunt for the scoop of a lifetime, pursues a juicy lead to a small suburban town only to find that it is being overrun by zombies!
He escapes to the local shopping mall thinking it will be a bastion of safety, but it turns out to be anything but. It's a true struggle to survive the endless stream of enemies,
but with full reign over an entire shopping center, Frank can utilize anything to fight off the flesh-hungry mob.
- Survive in a shopping mall overrun with an army of undead where everything and anything is a weapon.
- Move environmental objects like tables or garbage cans.
- Chow down on assorted "mall food" to revive health.
- Snatch items from different stores to use as weapons, including golf clubs, fry pans and more!
- Context sensitive controls appear as needed, allowing you to perform complex actions with a tap of a button.

Psychopaths, Zombies, and PP
The game is great and I've played the game until I had all characters at Lv. 50. what would make the game even better is:
Some of the (Boss)Psychopaths. Only a few like: Cliff, Adam, Sean(cult), and The Convects(jeep). Also have cutscenes and Their theme play when you fight them and have them as missions so we dont walk into one randomly.
Also add a little more zombies and the ability to jump please.
As Frank West you should be able to use the Camera he Carrys with him the whole time to earn PP.
With All Characters you MUST have the option to hold the fire/throw button to have a better aim with the gun/item; I have missed SO many times with the Park Bench when I throw it.
The lack of zombies I could care less about but add the other options of aiming, Picture taking(Frank only), jumping, and Psychopaths will make me put another 10 hours into this game.
Could have been better
I guess if your a Dead Rising fan you'll like it, but it lacks in many ways. There's not much of a story line, just missions, no camera, hard to learn, not that many zombie or weapons, bad graphics, and you don't get the same enjoyment from killing zombies as you would in the real game. But it does have its upsides. Not only can you play as Frank West, but also others like Brad, MAD ZOMBIES!, and instead of the bathroom, there is the Box. Obviously you have to save your game there (they couldn't take out the most enjoyable part of the game, could they?), but you also learn about new missions, and you can make a rescue call. Basically, I'm still not a 100% on this, but if your dying, you can make a rescue call on Facebook or Twitter and if someone answers it, you come back to the game, with extra PP, and an achievement. And if they don't, you become a zombie in someone elses game. In all it's not worth it.
Good but with one big problem
So this game tries to replicate the feel of dead rising on a phone and it mostly succeeds. The only problem I'm finding is the camera control. Namely how bad it is. You can run around and have NO control over where the camera is (which I always hate) or you have full camera control but the problem is that in order to even spin the camera around to look the other way you have to swipe across the entire screen at least 5 or 10 times. Why is there no sensitivity slider for this?
Regardless they should ALWAYS give more control options in the touch screen phone games since they need it more than a game system using buttons would need. Put a camera sensitivity slider in the game Capcom and this game will be perfectly fine. I already like EVERYTHING ELSE about the game. Fix this one terribly annoying issue!
