Good design and useful app
Lots of good features, however, a few good features missing. Consider adding a total field in accounts summary, allow selection of accounts for sum so user does not need to open calculator to sum value of accounts. Add bill pay based on payees added already on web app. Lastly, allow a mailing address and a permanent address in web app and show that in mobile app as well. If I can do it all on mobile app it will be more useful than waiting to be in front of a computer for certain banking tasks.
Can’t log in!
Every single time I try to log into the app it brings me to a screen that says “aloha” for about a second and then backs me out to the sign in screen with a pop up that says “we’re having trouble signing you in. Call for help or dismiss.” It’s really irritating. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned my phone off and then on again, and even updated to the newest iOS thinking that might be the issue and none of those things have worked. Please fix this issue so I don’t have to call customer service every time I want to log into my account.
App crash- fixed
App doesn’t seem to work on iOS 11.0.2 (crash after login). Tried to reinstall and restart my phone. Hope fix is up soon!
EDIT: Aaaand a day later update was released & app works awesome as before! Thank you a lot :)
