Great tool for weight loss and maintenance


I’ve heard before that when losing weight it’s helpful to have rewards so you don’t feel cheated at the table. Personally, this app feels like a reward. When tempted, I push through it knowing that I’ll get to see that number go down on the screen. Consistency is a key factor with weight, and the trend line is great for keeping track of how consistent I’ve been, even when I’d like to forget sometimes! :) It’s easy to use and very effective.



I love this app because it’s simple....log your weight...see your progress on the scale...period.
There are so many fitness, health & food journal apps and they are great, but I never liked their weight trackers. When you are losing weight you are excited to log your progress and you want to see that progress in your numbers! This app does exactly that. Period.

Help me to lose & keep off


Five years ago I downloaded this app when I finally got serious about losing weight. In total I’ve lost 87 pounds. I continue to use this app all these years later. It helps keep me accountable by encouraging me to weigh in everyday. If I see my weight start to creep up I kick back into healthier eating. I love the goal calculator in giving me an estimate of how close I am. Simple, great app!
