Registered Email Service: Standard email leaves you exposed to disputes and challenges around who said what, to whom and when. Registered Email messages return a certified email record of delivery, content and official time that can serve as court-admissible, irrefutable proof of your email correspondence.
Electronic Signature: Use your finger to sign contracts on screen, time-stamp, and render the contract tamper detectable for valid legal records of contract signature, time of signing, and content.
Send for Signature: Send contracts attached to email for recipient signoff. Obtain recipient’s handwritten, mouse-scripted electronic signature on your contract for valid legal records of contract execution.
About RPost: RPost has set the global standard for proof, privacy, and e-signatures with its flagship Registered Email® delivery proof, eSignOff® electronic signature, and SecuRmail™ encrypted email services which permit the sender and recipient to prove, sign, secure, record and collaborate with far less cost, time, paper and risk. RPost services have been used daily by the U.S. Government since 2003 and have been endorsed and marketed by most of the influential bar associations in the United States. RPost received the 2010 Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers’ top endorsement for its secure encrypted email service. RPost services have been granted 30 patents with worldwide coverage and operate in 8 languages.
RPost’s core Registered E-mail® service provides the sender legally valid and court-admissible evidence of e-mail correspondence occurring from the sender’s desktop e-mail to the recipient. RPost returns to the sender in the form of a verifiable Registered Receipt™ e-mail, evidence of official time sent and received as well as content (message body and attachments) of any e-mail, without requiring the recipient to download any software, click links, or visit special websites to open and read messages. RPost customers use Registered Email services as a lower cost and more effective alternative to receipt-mail, overnight letter courier, postal service certified/registered mail, fax, and email.
RPost’s Hand eSignOff® electronically applies the recipient or multiparty recipients’ handwritten (mouse scripted) signatures to a contract. The sender attaches any contract to an email and just sends as normal – no contract or form set up is needed. The recipient can review the contract in their web browser and with a few mouse-strokes, hand write a mouse-scripted signature that becomes electronically sealed to the contract. The process is simple and hassle-free for the user and the end result (the signed-off contract) has the precise look of a traditional pen-and-ink signature on a contract, with the added benefits of RPost’s Registered Receipt forensics for future authentication. This record can be independently verified for non-repudiation of agreement between parties.

A great service when you need legal evidence
When you need evidence of delivery, this is a great service. I have used this for email three times when unsatisfactory deaings with another party have stalled and started moving toward a law suit. Almost like filing a law suit, it caught their attention. My claims were satisfied and suits avoided. I'm not a law firm or corporation, just an individual. Had I gotten into a law suit, I had legal evidence of delivery, the time of delivery, and the content of documents. By using registered mail or overnight, I would have had proof of delivery and time of delivery but not proof of what documents were delivered. The cost would have been higher than RPost too. You don't need this everyday unless you're a law firm or business. But it's nice to have the service when you need it. I will use it more in the future for important communications and not just to avoid starting a law suit. It's also very convenient.
Deceptive, not free
Set up then discovered ten units, whatever a unit is, are free After that u pay. When I contacted the online chat I was greeted by a real person and I typed, "You advertised it is free, I found u have hidden the cost behind ten free units and u have no way for me to determine actual future cost. How much will this actually cost me?"
The line went dead and said to try again later. This out fit is supposed to provide security for my most personal transactions? I think not! Who really wrote the only rating and at 5 star? The Staff?
