Noble attempt, but really???
Of all the apps that SHOULD have universal access or unlocked text for the voice over to use it should be one on dyslexia. To really expect someone to take a quiz to see if they may have dyslexia and then not to have the option to be read aloud is a bit odd. Please either add an audio feature or use unlocked text for VoiceOver to work and I'll change my rating.
Great idea, but I stopped reading as soon as I saw that colored over-lays were recommended. Too many parents and teachers waste their time on methods (e.g., overlays, vision-therapy) that have been shown to be not effective for improving a child's reading, writing, and spelling. They are wasting their time and money, as well as potentially adding to a child's feelings of discouragement. Read a basic book (Understanding Dyslexia by Sally Shaywitz) and/or follow the recommendations of the major researcher centers.
