What's New in Version 1.11
Twitter became silent, and we wondered what's up with that. We have resolved the issue, and your voices can now be heard once again.
Not only is the game a work of art, it has a beautiful atmosphere and although the world you experience is small, it somehow feels sweeping and immense. The humor is great (though the twitter prompts can be irritating), and i very much enjoyed meeting new characters. Also - Jim Guthrie - bravo! I've been listening to the soundtrack since I first played the game back when it was first released! I shiver whenever "death to everyone" plays on shuffle, and i think my iPod is aware of this, as it plays often.
The game has creepy/scary moments, beautiful uplifting moments, and peaceful meditative moments. This is not the game for those who those who prefer action every step of the way. Much of this game is about "feeling it" as pretentious and off-world as that may sound. Action does not await around every corner, though it does exist in places in the game's own unique style.
I have for years considered this to be the epitome of atmospheric immersion through art and soundtrack in any game, handheld or not.
I've played countless IOS games. Everything from Nova 1-3, all the Modern Combats, Nazi Zombie (1st one), Angry Birds, Order and Chaos, anyway the pint is. This on tops them all. The story is simple, but fascinating, and a beautiful thing to unfold. The gameplay is simple. The art and visuals is brilliant. The puzzles are intriguing. And the music... let me say that if you are not wearing the best headphones you currently posses while playing this you are missing out. Not speakers, because you need the surround sound effects. This game is worth every penny. Download the game, and experience this awe-inspiring game for yourself. I could go on for hours explaining why this is game is so great, but I feel the best thing for you to do is get it and try it for yourself. All I can really say us that satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
If you enjoyed Zelda, you will def like this one!
This game really blew me away. The art, the soundtrack, even the character script, everything is so on point. Very artistic and thoughtful of the player's experience. Looks like a lot of work went into it. It is similar to the Zelda: OoT but of course it is one of the most unique games I've ever played. Another game that comes to mind would be Cave Story.
The only thing that I don't like too much is the game's own limitation of being on touch screen phone. Sometimes it's not too easy to get the hang of things with just a touch screen, but the game does guide the players very pleasantly for this reason.
Over all, I really enjoyed this game and hope the creators have more ideas for the future in mind.
