Great App!

I have been searching for a running app that actually gets me into a running routine and this is it! I wasnt too sure where to start because Im a beginner runner, but this app gave me the guidance I needed to start my running habit. I listen to music or podcasts while running and the app tells me when to run/walk. This makes it so easy to get out there and workout. Im on week 3 and already feel so much better about my health. The walk/run intervals are set up perfectly because it slowly increases the running over time and the walking parts make it easier for me to run for longer periods of time. The GPS feature works great too, and I cannot wait to earn my next achievement badge! I also (more importantly) cannot wait for my first 5K!!!! If you want to start running, this is the app to get :) take it from a once total beginner!

Wow, everyone! Here's a super app to motivate you and get you into being an active, healthy individual! I encourage all of you to consider this app to help you run a 5K. I wanted to know within myself that I could run one but did not have any idea how. This app guided me to meet my goal, to prove to myself that at age 45, I could get fit enough to run a 5K. I had never in my life before run for longer than a 10 minute interval. I did it! I ran my race! I highly recommend giving it a try. It's fun, inspiring, you get to choose your own music and it's only 3x a week. You have nothing to lose except for lowering your risks of developing heart disease, diabetes and obesity. What you stand to gain is new energy, strength, endurance, a better looking and better functioning body and increased self confidence. I KNOW YOU CAN DO THIS, TOO! 🏃🏼💥

Worked for me

I started this program as someone who wasn't necessarily out of shape but definitely someone who didn't exercise. Week one was definitely a challenge and I really questioned whether I'd have the motivation to reach week. But as the weeks went on I felt my stamina and endurance increasing. I have one day left of the program. Yesterday I ran 30 minutes straight for probably the first time in my life. This is a great feeling. So if you're thinking about doing this program I say go for it and if you have a bad day here or there just stick with it.
