It’s rare I give 5 stars!!
I was so impressed with my first induction that I was motivated to writing a review. To anyone who may or may not have experience with Hypnosis as a vehicle I strongly recommend this app!! I’ve only done one induction and I am hoping that they offer something for those of us who cannot even find room in my budget just yet as I have so many other apps with subscriptions. I am going to have to cut back on, at least, a couple!! Sad to say but I’m attempting to cut back on my screen time but will include this Weight Loss app as a saver!! Thank you 😊👏

We love this app!
My son is 9 and severely ADHD. Sleep is difficult for him and often he must take medication. Recently he has become curious about meditation, a play therapist had mentioned it to him and they did some exercises together. Then I stumbled upon this app. I purchased several different ones but loved all of them. A week ago, my son snuggled into my bed and on a whim, I fetched a speaker and put it at the foot of the bed, set ocean waves as background and played 'pure peaceful meditation'. My son fell asleep quickly and slept quietly the entire night! He has requested this app almost every night since then. Her voice is so calm and relaxing, I usually nod off on the staircase. I can't praise this app enough, would give it 10 stars if I could!
