• Control personal on-call status
• View patient’s medical history before taking the call
• Secure HIPAA-compliant instant messaging with any patient or healthcare provider in your practice and MedXCom network
• Access history and profiles of recent patients and hear voicemail messages left
• Return patient calls via the MedXCom app with caller id privacy protection
• All calls arranged through MedXCom are recorded and optionally transcribed
• Prescribe medication electronically (Satisfies CMS requirements, iPrescribe app and subscription required for e-prescription support)

Using this app to manage your patient communications allows your practice to bill for reimbursable calls and telephone consults. All calls and data communication are secure and HIPAA compliant. Calls made via the MedXCom app are recorded and archived to mitigate your medical malpractice liability risk and for easy retrieval of call recordings.

I thought you could send secure texts. Not working or disabled for me.

Don’t do business with them

We signed up as one of the first primary care offices under an agreement to he a beta test site. In exchange they promised us lifetime free usage.

This month they cut off our service for non-payment after over 10 years of service. When I called to remind them of their promise, they basically said the service had changed and they now needed to charge me close to $300/month. STAY AWAY!!!

Dear Drdave22. MedXCom fulfilled its obligation to our beta testers. We sunsetted the system you were using and replaced it with a more feature rich, robust architecture. This required a major investment on our part and increased our cost structure significantly. All we asked of our beta users was to pay a modest, discounted fee to use the new system to keep it viable and the data secure. Most of them appreciated our loyalty offer and did so gladly. Your practice received >$30,000 of service (4 on-call providers for 10 years) in return for your time as a beta tester. MedXCom invested millions of dollars to upgrade our system and provide a cutting-edge solution. Despite this expense, we continue to make our system robust and economically competitive. We are disappointed that you didn't appreciate its value.

Our after hours calling system works great! We love MedXCom.
The dashboard is easy to use and it is great that we can make changes from outside the office if needed!
Also great to have all of the on call phone calls recorded. It eliminates the he said/ she said...
Highly recommend this product!
