Near perfect

Hard to say anything bad about this game,I play it on a 1st gen iPad and it plays great, but yes there is the occasional lag,but the gameplay is do great it's easy to ignore when or if it does happen.
The story is typical save the princess, but that's part if the humor this game has and it has plenty of humor, the singing creatures is worth a watch a time it two. It's all tongue in cheek humor and it's funny.
The controls work perfectly and you have the option of moving the main buttons to a comfortable positions, which is awesome for comfort after all not everyone's thumbs come in the same size. So thank you devs for that genius option.
The game is worth the coin and the time.

Already exceeded my expectations

Someone says a game is funny, I raise an eyebrow. But so far, I am laughing pretty well at the satire and slapstick humor, thanks to a superb cast. The gameplay is a lot of fun for diablo and baldurs gate fans...its a dungeon smashing game so the fights are repetitive.

The music is fun and keeps the game interesting, and its nice to know theres cheap iaps just in case, although theyre not necessary. But expect a game with plenty of difficulty like diablo. The controls are only a bugger for five minutes, but one button gets accidentally pushed above the control stick a lot...i wont let that ruin the review though...get it while its cheap. Im having a lot of fun.

Lost me at fighting the giant rat.

I didn't get very far, the game seemed really stupid. I didn't feel inspired to learn the game controls by fighting a giant rat in the cellar. The game seemed really, really trashy and tawdry, and I am no prude. From the little I played it doesn't seem to have open world exploration, maybe it does after you defeat the giant rat, but it seemed so unappealing to fight a giant rat after being invited into the cellar to presumably bed the (literally dirty) sickly bar wench who, as all the bar denizens will tell you, has been bedded by everyone of them and more. Just yuck. I would recommend Oceanhorn, the Infinity Blade series, Final Fantasy series, Lili, the Room, Myst and Republique, way before this! Maybe it gets better, but if this is your starting promo- I don't have the time to watch it get any worse! Also seemed really sexist. Duh, I know!
