Great concept . . . when it works
I want to like this app . . . I really do. What's not to like about 50 GB of free cloud storage? But it's hard to really like something that works sometimes and other times not.
I use Locker to store photos and when I first downloaded it a week ago it worked fine. I uploaded photos, created albums and added photos to the albums. But now, all of a sudden, the app won't let me add photos to an existing album. I select the photos I want to add and the app informs me the photos have been added. But when I go to the album to check, one of two things happens. Either the new photos haven't been added, or even worse, the photos have been added but the existing photos have disappeared.
Online chats with AT&T support haven't solved the problem, so I'm about to say goodbye to my free storage.
Decent app, crashes constantly
This app used to be great for backing up pictures but in the last year has gotten much worse. I've had an iPhone for 6+ years and have tons of photos and I've been able to keep all of them here, but in the last year, I've started to experience multiple issues. The auto-upload stopped working correctly so it forces me to do a manual upload every time otherwise it will re-upload pictures I already have. On top of that, it doesn't recognize dates and files most of my pictures into "unknown". To top it all off, anytime I try to access old pictures the app crashes and kicks me out. It's incredibly frustrating to use. PLEASE FIX IT!!!!
Don't get me wrong
The concept of it is amazing! But I have had this app since 2014.. it has improved greatly but it would constantly crash. My brother passed away a year ago and I have my settings to backup whenever I am on wifi.. I have been through 4 iPhones and unfortunately pictures of my brother and I never got uploaded. I wish it was more consistent and didn't crash majority of the time. Hopefully you guys will be able to fix this issue.
