case study in how not to write an app
app will not sync to subscription after multiple efforts. account is in good standing, i can log onto web version on laptop, ipad and phone, but within app it is unable to locate my account. Fix your user experience before telling other people how to improve their customer experience.
The app is not working it downloaded the latest issue but when I try and open it the app just crashes. Doesn't seem very well written.
I am shocked Harvard would continue producing such a poor application. Are they part of the modern world? Is this an example of the quality of their brand now? Wow.
