I'm 59 yrs and female and out of shape. I never thought I'd enjoy exercising until i tried this app. Six exercises in 5 minutes total. After 3 consecutive days, i was hooked. And actually looking forward for the next session. I'm on my 3rd week and I've done 17 sessions and i feel great! I feel toned. This app does the job!!! It got me started to exercise and i actually enjoy it. Plus look at him, what a hunk! He he.

These exercises work great for me
Rather than a super workout once a week this is more geared towards (almost) every day exercise. Great for beginners: with just 5 minutes and a floor mat I am building muscles. Once you have mastered this level there are two levels of demanding workouts that can be combined either way.
I even lost a pound of weight that I would have rather kept.
In a matter of few weeks, just by dedicating free minutes a day, the core is noticeably stronger. After reaching 100 points, is time to switch to more challenging exercises; well done app. The only things I'm missing or connectingwould be Apple Health integration, the graphic interface a bit outdated, but these are not reducing the effectiveness of the app.
