Low expectations... Amazing app
I've never "purchased" a workout app before but I bit the bullet today because I couldn't remember my workout and had left my plan at home. I'll say that this app is worth more than what they are charging ($2.00). The amount of data this thing collects is nothing short of fantastic. The guides are clear... if you aren't sure what muscles are targeted/how to do the workout correctly. I'm happy to say that I don't have to worry about a crappy looking book or my handwriting looking busted if I can't write clearly after doing a set, this backs up your info, and you can even share workouts (would save me a lot of time trying to help my friends), amongst other things.
Awesome work by the dev team on putting together a solid product. I won't take off points for the appearance (i think more thought could have gone into that area) but overall I haven't experienced any crashes or glitches... Spelling looks good as well (you'd be surprised). Awesome work guys and gals.
I recommend Full Fitness to all of my friends who work out or want to start. I've been using it for a few years, back since it used to be called iFitness. For the novice, you can follow any one of a few dozen workout programs based on body area, sport, weights/no weights, and more. For the pro, expand your workout with the lengthy list of exercises and instructions on how to perform them.
Pictures of exercises, descriptions of how to perform them, video demonstrations, the ability to track your workouts, the ability to create your own custom workouts and exercises (say, if you want to add something you saw in a magazine), plus the bonus of calorie tracker, bmi tracker, graphs of your workout progress, and more. You really can't beat this app. I HIGHLY recommend it!!!
Great app for this new mom!
Finally getting back to the gym 6 months after having a baby and I really need to focus on strength training but I felt lost and didn't have a plan. So thankful to now have this app! I don't have a lot of time and this app is perfect because it provides simple programs based on goals and equipment available. There is a program for every kind of goal you may have - get toned and lean, or bulk up your muscles, strength training programs for runners, swimmers, surfers, etc. I love that I can select the program, add it to my list of workouts and then just go down the list of exercises entering the weight/reps for that exercise/day and I'm done. So simple. The app runs smoothly so far. Excited to see my progress as the weeks and months go by.
