Motus Studios introduces one of the most fabulous of high quality real sounds of different types of bird on the app store. ‘Birds Chirping!’ as it’s named has an amazing and dynamic collection of more then 270 sounds from various birds along with name and images. It is a very entertaining app for bird lovers and children. Children can have fun with the voices of these birds. False advertising & waste of money
DO NOT BUY.
Only comes with 75 birds (even though it says it will have 270). Has ads. Annoying popups trying to get you to buy 100 more even though you already paid $2 (for only 75, not 270!!!).
On top of all of that, there is no way to sort search or filter anything. UI is terrible. Full screen bird picture with a 'prev' 'random' and 'next' button.
How did this get approved??? Shame on apple. Shame on the developer. I want my money back.
Should have read the reviews!
SO sorry I didn't look at the reviews. I was hoping this app had a bird song recognition feature (record the current song and it would identify the bird). Not only does it NOT do that, it doesn't even have a search-by-name feature. So it requires you to thumb through random bird pictures to look for the the bird you suspect is singing the song--and no index. Very frustrating.
Calls are not natural, and you cannot look up a specific bird, just swipe to the next bird they have listed. Birds are not listed by category, so I have to look through birds I am not interested in.
