Quickly and easily track instances of vaccine refusal.

Vaccinations are one of the most important interventions for
preventing the spread of several infectious diseases. Refusing
recommended vaccinations puts communities at greater risk for
outbreaks of vaccine preventable diseases. This app enables
pediatricians and other health care providers to very quickly document
and track instances of vaccine refusal.

The app does not collect any sensitive private information.

Reporting is simple. Select
- vaccine
- sex
- patient age range
- refusal location (zip code only)
- refusal reason.

The app also provides a map displaying locations of reported refusals,
filterable by vaccine type and report date range.

No registration/password required, but the app does request that
the reporting health care professional provide their name, email
address, and occupation.

Data collected from the app is securely stored at The University of Iowa.

No violation.

Hello there RN

The decision to be vaccinated is very much everyone's concern. If you have read the description or even have USED the app as a medical professional as it is intended to be used you would know that it does not collect patient identifying information and is not violating HIPAA.
AND if you're one of those who choose not to vaccinate your child for whatever unfounded medical reason you should want to use this app and know of this data. The more unvaccinated children your child is around, the more likely the spread of those infections to your child. You should be thanking others for choosing to vaccinate. Herd immunity. Look it up.

Would you like to brand us as well?

This is insanity at its finest. Whoever created this is disgusting. Google "vaccine injured" and watch as thousands of kids go from being healthy and normal to sick, permanently disabled, or even dead. Allowing the public to track people's kids that refuse vaccinations is like tracking Muslims or gun owners. Just because of what we believe to be true, you think you can call us dangerous and ignorant? You make me sick. We aren't just happily misinformed hippie housewives. We aren't lazy or too poor to get our kids vaccinated. We are educated and we make tough decisions for our families everyday, including (but not limited to) pumping our kids full of enough mercury to lay out a 350 male. Good luck on your witch hunt.

Stop the fear mongering

It only does this app push fear mongering it also doesn't even work!! I saw reviews that are months old complaining of the same and still no repairs, why is this app even in existence?
