Bug fixes and other improvements to game performance
I still like this game and play it almost every day for maybe 10 minutes. It’s perfect if you have a few minutes to kill. It actually gets updated pretty frequently too unlike most every other game I’ve ever played. I would like to make one request though. Can you please add an option to move the reload button maybe a little higher than the fire button? I can’t tell you how many times I’ve accidently reloaded my gun when I meant to fire it. My only major complaint is the lack of ability to save your game or restore any purchases you made. I had to reinstall this game awhile back when I got a new phone and lost everything. I’m not sure why this game only saves your progress and any purchases you made locally on your device, especially considering the fact that a lot of the guns cost quite a lot of real money. But at least you don’t need any of them (except the contest ones) to complete any of the goals in the game. Those guns just make things easier.
Love game but......
I love this game. Graphics are great and the missions are decently challenging. However, I have a huge problem with the game play. More specifically the EVENTS!!!!! You can't play them unless you are willing to spend an obscene amount of real money on the game. After the first two missions you are forced to either quit or purchase a weapon with enough power for the next mission. Now you may have an adequate weapon in your arsenal, probably even ones far better than the mission requirements but alas, you cannot use them. You must buy the specific weapon. Now of course said weapon can ONLY be bought with gold. A difficult currency to earn and even harder to maintain. You don't have enough so you have the option to buy enough or give up. You choose to buy it. Now you have to spend $50 of real money just to get enough gold to buy it because the game charges outrageous amounts for little in game currency. You buy the weapon but now you have to upgrade it spending your game cash to do so. Ok, now you can play again. Oh no.... 3 more missions and it's time to repeat the cycle again. It's bull sh*t. Not everyone can afford to spend obscene amounts of money just to enjoy the game. It's not fair.
Amazing game, but 1(or 2 concerns)
DH 2k14 is an amazing game, great graphics, animals and everything. Now that I have an iPod 6, the game runs incredibly fast. But, there's a problem that I'm having... The problem(s) are some weapons/ weapon upgrades are way too expensive. Assault rifles shouldn't be the most expensive or even by the time you get to the final upgrade for capacity and sight, the amount of gold you spend shouldn't be 100+ spent in total. Also, what happened to getting gold with tapjoy instead of literally having to pay money for gold? I want tapjoy offers back and I want the ARs to be cheaper and the gold only upgrades should be like the pistols, easy to get and cheap. Also, maybe give more chances of finding platinum eagles since it can get hard to get to completely upgrade a bow, so overall great game 5/5 :)
