Superb but too punishing

This game is highly addicting it has all the reward systems to want to make you keep playing however it is very very punishing and very unforgiving. Once you get to the fourth level the difficulty ramps up dramatically. Once you reach the fifth and sixth level the fireball mages make the game near Since their area of effect attack means even if you Dodge it it will hit your entire hero line. The game is also extremely unforgiving because if you hit one enemy you die instantly I honestly think you should only lose that hero and the next one in the party Should pick up the slack. Another thing that drives me nuts is this game is super punishing because it sends you all the way back to level one if you die a level select would be much better. All in all this game is super fun but the fact that it punishes and won't forgive your mistakes makes it less than ideal. Also I don't like how I have no clue if I collect every single diamond at the end of the level. I mean it feels like I do but the very last gem gets picked up way out of my hit box.

I love it.

This is one of my favorite games. My brother introduced it to me, and albeit I was skeptical at first, he's found me playing it on many occasions and we've debated on which characters are the best. I was caught playing it once while babysitting three siblings and they immediately demanded I teach them how to play (which pretty much consisted of me saying "don't die. Get rid of enemies. Oh...and you can't go backwards"). After that every time they saw me at least one of them asked to play it, and often times I found them taking turns because they all wanted it.
I highly recommend it for all age groups. I myself am 16, my brother is 21, and the kids I babysit are 5-9. It's fun, and as it increases it still manages not to get annoying if you fail to pass a level. I think it's great for all temperaments and age groups. I love it.

Fun, But Doesn't Fool Me.

I spend a lot of time in the App Store trying to find fun games that are not just traps to get you to spend tons of money to progress. So when I found this game I was surprised.

It's just casual enough to pick up and play, but deep enough to have something to work towards. And getting new heroes is fun. ...Until you get to the levels that are impossible. The number of enemies is so massive that you can't possibly beat them. However, you could up the stats of your heroes and unlock more with the classic hefty amount of gems that is way too many to spend your time getting.

I was sort of shocked to realize that I hit an IAP wall with this seemingly fun game, but then I found out it is by the same people who made Tiny Tower, which is the ultimate waste of time and money. So at least this better than that.

Try it, it's fun. But don't expect to see past level seven without come cash.
