I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and received great service until today. Not only did I come to find out they don’t offer customer service over the phone but they will give you the run arounds in a chat room while they continue to introduce themselves over and over until you get tired and try to resolve the problem yourself. My account logged me out and wouldn’t accept my password log in. I gave their chat room customer service a try... This was by far the worst support I’ve ever received from a customer service center. Not only did “Agnes” take a very long time to answer my questions but she forgot some of the most important parts of my issues. On top of that she didn’t resolve the problem nor did she even try to compensate the poor service I received from this company in the past 2 months. I wish there was a way y’all can feel as helpless as I did when I needed you’re help to continue using a service I have been loyally and happily payed for years now. Sorry but I will have find a new music provider after this.
I wanna like it
But the app is slightly broken, I cannot add albums or artists while connected to my Wi-Fi. Tried force quitting the app and opening again, artists and albums which I selected to be added to my library were not being added while on Wi-Fi. When connected to cellular data it works fine, but it was rather irritating to not be able to add the artists while connected to my own connection. The app design itself is nice, enjoy the music playback screen, and the organization is much better laid out than Apple Music. Last there is an Xbox One application? It will not even allow me to open the app without it force closing automatically. One thing I look for in a streaming service is being able to have background play while I’m playing video games. Fix the Xbox One app, and the function of the iOS app and I might think about switching to it.
Great, But Missing Features
This app is great. we have been using it for a long long long time. However, there’s no good way to organize music already in a playlist, so if you find new music ever (which most people do) everything ends up totally disorganized. That needs to be an in playlist search function or an option to organize inside a playlist by song title, artist or album title. It’s a nightmare to have to go through 1,000 songs individually and i always end up with doubles, which is not fun.
