Enjoyable game for kids!
I checked this game together with my 3-years-old son. He immediately liked the characters and the different scenes. The graphics are clear, clean and crisp and the sounds fit the whole game. It was easy for my son to navigate through the main menu; I also noticed the good animated parallax scrolling. Since my son is really into puzzles at the moment, he enjoyed to solve the castle puzzle several times before he went over to other games.
The drawings are funny and friendly, nothing frightening or inappropriate was found by me. The user interface works good, my son didn't got frustrated by the controls. He was able to learn everything fast.
I can easily recommend this game to you and your kids! Although it is targetted a bit more at girls, my son had much fun with the puzzle games, too.
Thorough play value!
Our 4-year old boy plays this on the iPad. It's basically about matching pieces by shape in a puzzle. But there's more to it than that! The pieces are presented in groups for each puzzle rather than all at once. This prevents a young puzzler from being discouraged by looking at too many pieces at once. Also, when pieces are added to the puzzle, each can be touched to make sounds and special effects. There are about eight puzzles, each with a few dozen pieces so there is a lot of fun to be had!
My daughter really enjoyed playing this game and it kept her brain working while she is on Summer break. The only draw back is that there is only a handful of puzzles or I didn't figure out how to unlock more. Also I'm going to keep an eye out for this game brand cause it was worth getting.
