"This app has been the perfect motivator in helping me train for my first half-marathon"
- Lynda Stevens
"I love working out with this app. Music plays while I'm jogging and the voice over tells you to walk/run, no need to keep track of time yourself. Gps works great, I've never had a problem with this app. I highly recommend it!"
- Delia Ronson
"I tried several until I found this one. Love that I can customize it to play and do what I want and it's very flexible when wanting to repeat days :) Have recommended it to many people!!"
- Jessica Adler

What's New in Version 1.5
- Audio player improvements;
- Fixed minor bugs;
- Improved stability.
Functions when it wants to
I paid $1.99 to upgrade thinking the upgraded version would have less to no problems. Unfortunately not, it doesn't track my workout histories correctly and will tell me my stats for Week 2 - Workout 3 but I had just completed Week 5 - Workout 2. The voice over that tells you when to run and when to walk won't tell you all the time so I'm constantly having to look at the time to make sure I'm doing the workout true to form, which lets be honest, who wants to be looking at their phone while training for a half marathon? NOT ME! I hope they fix these glitches soon, I do love the workouts and the progression I've made.
Sound not working when phone goes to sleep
I bought the pro app thinking it would be better but it is actually worse. When I start the app everything is fine. It talks to me and I hear it just fine. When I start my workout and put my phone in my pouch the phone goes to sleep and then I hear nothing. The only alerts it gives are on the screen which doesn’t help me because I don’t want to hold it while I run or keep my phone on the whole time I run. It used to work just fine with the free version.
Good but has issues
Good app but the sound doesn't always work! Doesn't save any changes I make. Doesn't always track my progress. And doesn't work in the background when phone is closed like the FitBit app or the Nike app. I have to open my phone to see where I'm at in my progress since the sound don't work. Not worth it if no update coming soon.
