The worthlessness of this App cant be overstated. Same with the main user interface.
People are interested in Steam and lighting remotely. Those 2 features and Alexa, is the most Basic, fundamental necessities of any App like this. Turning the lights on and off from the HOME screen and not page 2, on the touchpad is the other necessary change. Just hire someone from overseas to knock it out in a couple days and triple your fan base. It’s embarrassing to have a 1 star average rating, is it not?
I’d love to be in bed, and turn off “calm” from Alexa, or at least my phone without walking back to the bathroom. It would keep me calm.

$20K steam shower and an garbage app to go with it that hasn’t been upgraded seemingly ever. It needs ability to set temperature, time, etc. perhaps notification when steam shower temp has been reached to user preference. Ability for remote activation (such as on your way home), etc. Please spend 20 min in basic app development to update this garbage. I know Delta Faucet has the resources to do something better than this!

I have a steamist total sense system with shower sense. My wife and I use the all the time to preheat our shower or start a steam session. Never had any trouble with the app on our iPhones. On my iPad however the app only works in portrait mode and can't be docked in ios 11. I would like to see a more ipad friendly version emerge.
