Happy for the stations, but app is flawed

First of all, I find the free screening stations amazing since it leaves no excuse for people to routinely monitor their blood pressure and potentially find cardiovascular disease at an early stage. That said, the service is frustrating. The login at most stations is slow or doesn’t work at all (they should check for appropriate internet connectivity at their stations). My second frustration is that it integrates with Apple Health to read my steps but won’t record my bp and weight to it. This is really annoying and the main reason for my low score for the app

App works well

There are a number of posts about poor performance, but many of those are several years old. I didn’t experience any large delays in using the app. Apple Health integration is one way - importing step count. It doesn’t send data to Apple Health at this time, which would be a welcome addition so I wouldn’t have to manually enter the data into my personal record (which was the reason I signed up in the first place).

No Support an Poor App

Downloaded the app and tried using my old account and it said my email did not exist. So I tried using my email to create a new account thinking maybe it has been two years and it was deactivated only to get a message saying the email already exists. Then I tried using my email and forgot my password but it did not allow me to do that either. I deleted it which is unfortunate so I lock my blood pressure on my phone and then transfer it to a spreadsheet.
