Easy to track weight loss

I have used many different weight loss apps that help with calorie counting and this is definitely one of my favorites. The daily articles are a good reminder to keep focused on your diet and I love the integration of this app with HealthKit. I use runtastic to track my cardio and through HealthKit the data for the workouts automatically shows up in Noom. I also like that Noom does not let you use all of the calories you burned working out. Workouts increase your calorie count for the day by half of what you burned so it makes sure you still have a positive burn from your workout. Other apps I have used gave you the full value you burned, which doesn't help your weight loss goal.

All in all, a very useful tool. I have been up and down with weight over the past few years, but over the last six months when I consistently use Noom, I consistently see good results.

Is it just me or...

Is it just me or has this app instead of getting better is doing the opposite. This app was so much easier to use around the time I used it religiously which was July-September of 2013. It was much easier for me to log my food, see my goal, and I loved that I was able to see the color wheel of what I had eaten (green, yellow, red) now I don't know if I'm blind but I'm pretty sure I haven't been able at all to view the color wheel of my daily intake so I can know how much I need to take of each color. I believe this is what helped me the most back almost 2 years ago when I actually lost weight because of this app. I used to be excited to log food because of how easy, quick and informational it was and now I feel the complete opposite. Noom staff come on!! This app has so much potential ): until it's fixed I refuse to re-download it.

Great App!!!

This app has helped me lose 23 lbs so far. The daily reminders, the color categories are fantastic. Even if I forget to log my meals etc for a few days, I'm not scolded but gently reminded to continue. Even when I'm being bad it tells me how bad I can be. I absolutely LOVE this app and have recommended it to others because they noticed I've lost a lot of weight and wanted to know how I was doing it. Good work people, ๐Ÿ’—U !!!
