I can run now!

For someone who doesn't like to run, this app is great. It starts out easy and teaches you how to run in short intervals of walking/running/sprinting. I also like the variety of motivational coaches available. I have made a few of the recipes provided in the app and all were delicious. My bf doesn't usually like chicken but he loved the healthy pineapple chicken stir fry I made. Overall, I haven't lost weight yet but I haven't been sticking to the diet.. lol. However, I I'm getting way better at running and have much more stamina than before!

Great app

I love this app. I'm not a runner. In fact I'm pretty over weight and haven't worked out in about 2 years. Today was my first day using this app and I am doing a free 7 day trial. I love the music options that comes with the paid version as well as the recipes. The run/walk 3 times a week is great for people like me who are just beginning. I'm highly contemplating buying this app after my 7 day trial.

Love it!

I tried a different running app and if I paused it for too long I had to reset the whole thing. There was no option to skip. However, this app lets me skip! It pairs with my music, to the point I press start and the music goes on automatically. And it keeps track with my water consumption, something that previously I had to have a separate app for.
