What an incredible fitness app.
This app is super easy to use!My favorite feature is how there are different types of workouts for each muscle group that you want to train. As well as it thoroughly explains how to perform the exercise of your choosing AND it even plays a short clip on how to perform it! My Favorite Fitness app!

Alchemy athletics
Alchemy athletics. Still a new and upcoming company. Has a lot of potential to grow in the fitness industry. Lots of educational information for new people that are still new to the gym as well as advanced lifters. To reiterate, it is still a new company and the app and website still needs a lot of work to reach its full potential. Overall, I’m excited to see where this is going and seeing it develop!!
