Working out at home, especially in a small space, can be a huge hassle and feel potentially less effective, making hitting the gym seem like a necessity. This latest news has me thinking that maybe a quick, effective and compact at-home exercise routine not only exists, but is worth a try.
The idea is that each of the exercises above should be done for duration of 30 seconds with 10 second rest intervals, for a total of 7 minutes. A grueling, but super short workout.
What's New in Version 1.0.3

NOTE: If you find the clock and whistle sounds annoying they can be turned off via Settings! Any feedback is appreciated and thanks for downloading.
Free with no ads
I like that it's free with no ads, but there are a few problems: It takes longer than 7 minutes with the built in timed breaks; it doesn't keep the screen on and it pauses when the screen automatically locks (5 min is the max in iOS 8 unless you set it to never lock); it won't exit at the end, it stays in the background and you have to double tap the home button and swipe up to kill the app.
I love this workout. However, the thing falls asleep and I miss the introduction voice, "Are you ready..."
Other than that it's brilliant and I recommend it to everyone.
It's hard to complain about free. It's a minimal app that does exactly what it says it does. I can't complain about that!
