As a psychologist this is my go to!!!
It's funny because I am a trained psychologist and I am often riddled with panic attacks and anxiety attacks. Despite the fact that I know how to help myself I often don't utilize those tools. This guided meditation helps me so much and reminds me that I'm not in harms way and that my body is just having a strong reaction and it's fixable. I think this is an amazing app for anyone who likes to meditate or likes/needs guided support with anxiety attacks.
