Is my type of workout!!! Its so simple and it's only 7 minutes of your time that you could use before work in the morning to get you going and feeling energized & happy. I've been tell my friends to download this app. Love it!!
This is a great app, I have no problems with it. I especially like the visual reminder of how many times in the last 30 days you have completed the 7 minute workout. :) great video support if you don't know how to do an exercise.
Almost the best app
Love the function that let's me track how often I've done the 7 min. workout over the last 30 days. No one els has that. However, the app is largely useless to me as the side plank exercise (#12) only goes once. It needs to repeat again (total of two times, one for left side, one for right side.) I have to use my stopwatch for a second set which kind if defeats the point.
