Better than a Paper Guide

With its interactivity that combines Venue, Description and Schedule, a personal experience can be created using Favorites ( which also include reminders ). This was my very first year at Bumbershoot & I found the app indispensable. Having the festival map side-by-side w/ a Google Map, I never felt all the activity to be overwhelming. I held back one star b/c it was too easy to have the maps slip into the favorites. Also, the Google Map didn't allow for direction ( i.e., it always showed north and it was sometimes difficult to know which direction to head in ). Pls bring back for 2015!

Looks like a winner

This looks like a convenient app for the festival. I've given it a run--
You know checked out the grounds to determine how long it will take to get from one stage to the other and I find it to be accurate and complete. Not sure I will go, but if I do, I will find some way to print this bad boy up and bring it with me. Very handy. I would like to be able to type in a location, and a destination, and find out how long it will take me given the crowd density and the like-- but perhaps last year. Also I would like to be able to log into Facebook with this and locate my friends who may also be enjoying the festival.

A life saver for firstimers!

This was my first time attending Bumbershoot and this was a life saver! Having the schedule at my fingertips was nice. Loved being able to put in the artist I wanted to see and get notifications before the show started. The feature that allowed you to listen to the performers music was also nice for discovering artists I had never heard before. The interactive map was helpful for when I got turned around. Will definitely download again for this year!
