Needs more options.

Great idea for an app, and I definitely see its value. But, one thing it really needs is more ways to customize your workout -- for example, I am a musician with some serious wrist issues, so I can't do several of the exercises (push-ups for example). A way to customize the app to be able to exclude certain exercises or substitute something else would be very helpful.

Update is garbage

Update requires signup. I'm not comfortable with that and I don't need yet another account in a random website. Don't bother with this app. It was good for a quick 7 minute workout. Now it wants to monetize and to violate your privacy and to be intrusive. It became garbage.

when good apps go bad

used to be good for a quick workout. Now they require you to sign up for an account in order to use the app. That completely destroys it for me.
