Ideal Timer with a counter for doing Crossfit type workouts with or without a virtual partner.
Includes both an Amrap timer / counter and a timer that count up to a specific number of repetitions.
When using the Amrap timer mode the app will show you an estimate of your final score that is will be based on your work rate.
When using the regular timer mode the app will show you an estimate of what your final time will be based on your work rate. For example then doing WODs like Karen you will see a projection on what you final time will be during the workout so you will know if your current work rate will result in a new PR or not.
The virtual partner function will allow your self to use a previous workout as a virtual partner. The app will keep track of how you are progressing and tell you if you are ahead or behind in real time.
