I bought 17 of the dimmer switches for my home, and they work amazingly well. They are great with Homekit, and I really like the new home page on the idevices app. I wish Siri was smarter about knowing not to turn off the night lights, but I put all the night lights on a scene so turning them all back on is super easy. I had a bunk router that kept rebooting, and all the switches kept reconnecting automatically with no issues. Great! My only complaint is the physical size of the switches. In a standard size 3 or 4 gang box there is not enough space for these. I hope the next versions will be smaller inside the box. I love the app, especially the remote access. And the new ability to update all the firmware of all the devices at the same time is EPIC.
Products- all good; App- could use some improvements
The updates to the app have improved usage and it isn’t so hard to read the text and quicker to find products in separate rooms. Grayed out text is still not the easiest to see, especially if I just woke up and eyes haven’t adjusted.
The main thing I would like to see improved is the energy report list. It only shows product names. Most of my products have a simple name like “switch” and I use rooms to identify where the switch is located. But, rooms don’t show in the list. The second biggest complaint is that there seems to be no way to reset energy usage on multiple devices. Keep up the good improvements!
Non-Intuitive & Difficult to Use
I’ve been using this for quite some time now. When things are set up, it works very well. Getting it set up is absolute misery. For example, it does not recognize Daylight Savings. If a desired on time for a switch during DST is 06:00, one must enter 05:00. Endlessly confusing. Also, all schedules appear on one page in time order making it difficult to be sure all is as intended. Every time I have to do something on this I end up hating it!

Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback, I'm sorry you had difficulty setting up. We are working on an update that will ensure you do not have to adjust schedules for daylight savings time in the future, as we know this process can be inconvenient. The reason is happens currently is that each scheduled event syncs directly over to the product and is embedded on the firmware. This allows iDevices schedules to function without a hub, if internet goes down or something happens to the mobile device, the schedules will continue to function without issue!
