Good, but slightly flawed
This is a very cool game over all. Lots of unique characters (although some are better than others, I recommend Duchess for beginners). Fair amount of weapons, though it lacks in the assault rifle department. Cool, varied methods of unlocking perks and simple-but-challenging gameplay. Includes most characters from SFH2. Great fun and ability to beat your kill and time records means high replay value. However, there are some flaws in this game. Your character will usually roll when landing, causing you to run into enemies and bullets without being able to jump or take cover, rendering you completely defenseless. You will continually accelerate during missions with constant air support, making jumps impossible to time properly, and you will sometimes fall off a building as soon as you respawn, sometimes multiple times in a row. Also, hitting all secondary objectives in said missions is a joke. All that aside, this game is very fun and I would recommend it to anyone.
Will be 5 stars soon...
It's sad that the 1 stars are only coming from iPod 4th gen users who can't play. But for the devices supported, this is a great endless runner that throws in the option of stopping in cover (and some mandatory) to take out enemies. I love the amnt of weapons, upgrades, the amount of varied characters, and the fact that they have challenges to complete to unlock their perks. There's huge replay value here.
With that said, it's a little unrefined. Some buildings/jump points end up in weird spots causing insta crash. There's a few animations from landing a jump that prevent ur character from firing and causes ur agent (hero) to take bullets. If there were a way to actually slow the action down a bit, I think the game would benefit hugely. Great job though, I hope this one gets the fan support to continue to get better on what is already a solid solid foundation.
Dex, cate, Nathan, and tower need some revisions.
The characters above I feel need the most revisions. Dex's rage only gives 20% damage because of his flaw. I feel like the damage should be much greater since is a berserker type character. Cate is useless on harder levels with many escapes because your going to bump into enemies and die. Nathan's nano repair bots heals so slow I can hardly see my health go up. Tower's linebacker skill should make him take no or reduced damage when bumping into enemies. Despite all this, it's a great game to play.
