Worst Banking App
Half the time the app it’s self wont open. If it does open and you get to type your password in it will spin for 15 seconds before saying “sorry we are experiencing intermittent connectivity issues.” Something along those lines.
I now live out of state and this is enough to get me to close my account....so annoying.
Touch ID?
The pictures provided through the App Store shows you can log in with Touch ID but it’s no where to be found through the app. This would make logging in much more easier and safer for users.
1 star is a stretch
You'd be better off driving to the Hilo branch or any branch then to toy with this app! Opening clicking the app, a timeout message greets me. I KNOW IVE BEEN SIGNED OUT. I logged myself out from the previous login. This app irritates me.
