I don’t care about the app. I just wanted the LaRosa’s emblem and badge on my phone. It brings me comfort. Not to mention I need anyone looking through my phone to know who is #1. - After God, my wife and family of course.
Buddy Larosa is my dude! He doesn’t know me though. -Fun fact: My sister used to be friends with a niece of his. Best pizza and if the company ever goes down, I’ll never eat pizza again. They serve Modelo if you eat in- very cool. I’m done with having kids but if I ever get a pet it’s gonna be named Buddy. Especially since my wife said we would name our dogs “who and Dey” but she lied that’s not their names now.
The only reason I haven’t got the L tatted on me yet is I’m worried it would go viral and I’d be awarded pizza for life. I can’t be trusted with that kind of a gift I’d blow up and my body would have to be donated to science. Get the APP
A Cincinnati staple and overall good app with some recommendations
I love LaRosa’s and I find use of this app mostly positive but I do have some recommendations. At the moment one comes to mind though, Apple Pay. I think adding this feature would boost efficiency, and bring more customers in. Since Apple Pay utilizes credit and debit cards stored locally on the customer’s phone it offers easier access to customers without a profile since no credit/ debit card needs to be entered. Further embracing digital technology such as this is necessary to stay competitive. Again I love LaRosa’s, a Cincinnati staple!
Best just to order online
Not pleased with this app. Used it once and Ive now deleted it. I went through all of the prompts, made my selections, checked them before I entered my payment information, but our order was incorrect when it arrived. The supervisor I spoke with went back and looked and made note that I ordered through the app, so something tells me this isn’t the first time they’ve encountered an issue like this. Hopefully they’ll fix it, but for now I give it 1 star, and that’s only because zero stars in not an option.
