"I love this app so much that I actually recommend it to all of my patients. My husband and I do contests every day to see who beat who... The best part about this app is that it is making us aware of the need to be active."

"Use this every day. There are a few apps I use every day and this is one of them. I mean it - every day. Apples iOS is enhanced by steps into useable information that makes walking your daily fitness routine."

"Happy with this app! It is simple and intuitive. It is helping me stay motivated to walk more. I enjoy trying to top yesterday's steps."
- Gumbo 70427 (Mar 7, 2015)

"Clean, easy, and free! No logins, no BS - does it's job and does it well. Good feature set as well, including export."
- JG__ (Feb 21, 2015)

"Better than the preinstalled Health App! Love this app due to its capability to display step totals from each individual day over the last seven days on its dashboard. Tons better than Preinstalled Health App's dashboard and with more color. Also it has a history option that allows you to look at the sum of steps for each individual day from day one (your iPhone6's purchase date)."

Stepz Review

Wonderful app. I developed type 2 diabetes in 2014. My spouse installed Stepz on my iPhone to help me be motivated to get more exercise. And motivate me it did. I walk an average of 15,000 to 17,000 steps every day. I lost 40 lbs. as a result. Both my glucose and A1C levels are under control and I've been able to reduce the dosage on blood pressure meds I've taken for years. It has been a key factor in maintaining a healthy life style. I show my primary care provider my "mileage" every time I see her and she is duly impressed. It truly has helped me change and maintain my lifestyle for the better.

A Good Step Forward

I like this app because the app works on its own just having the phone in your pocket. I like getting told I made my step quota without a lot of fluffy praise or motivational extras. Highly recommend for use as a guide. I walk at night so it would be nice to adjust steps to match set times rather than assume I stop at midnight. Maybe a step "add-on" option or time adjustment extension could be included. Maybe set to 24 hours rather than day-night times would work.

Good but...

This is a decent app and for the most part does what it should. However, when I track my actual steps versus what I'm getting credit for, I find a discrepancy. Today, I took 25 steps and counted them out loud, I was given credit for 22 steps. Now I'm unsure of how many steps I exactly have and will not a huge deal still a minor issue nonetheless. This is something I have tested about five times over the last two days and found the same issue each time.
