The raw HDR capability provides you the best all-in-one photo app by delivering superior image capture, processing, and quality with the greatest amount of editing flexibility and control.

The tools you need to tell your story.

• Local Adjustments lets you selectively apply Exposure, Brightness, Clarity, and other adjustments to a specific part of a photo. (Paid Feature)
• Experiment freely with edits, and revert to the original at any time, with just one tap.
• Simplify editing photographs and get consistent looks in your photos by copying your favorite edits across photos.
• Share photos any way you want: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, and more. Join the community by using #lightroom.

Customer Reviews

Horrible UI update renders app almost unusable

After using the new UI for month, I am still deeply dissatisfied and baffled by the so called "update". I encourage fellow users who are disappointed repost their reviews until the old UI is back, so Adobe can't just do "bug fixes" to reset the bad rating for new UI.

Edit UI now covers the photo
More steps are added to access and exit functions (curve and split tone, at least)
Can no longer have precise control of values. Previously I can use stepper to change values. Now I can only use my fat finger to drag across the screen.

New control grouping is confusing (maybe I'm not used to it yet) but why not match the same grouping as the desktop app?

Also, in the old UI, by long pressing I could now bring up the contextual menu (or "right click menu), now I have to reach up to the the top right to tab the more icon. So much for "one hand operation".

Please bring back the previous version of the UI!

Useful

Like most Adobe products, the learning curve is steep. If you've used other Abode products, you get used to what some of the options are. However this is due mostly to the fact that it is a useful tool. I use it now instead of the camera when capturing anything other than quick pics. I like it because it's part of a larger suite where the images are easily transported between elements.

Complex interface which rewards one with superb images

I have been a shutterbug for 20 years. I've used both film and digital camera, including every iPhone. I'm now on a iPhone 7 S. I've learned how to get quite good pictures with iPhones, but the HDR and DNG files from Adobe Lightroom are bloody MAGICAL.

Get it now.
