U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) is preparing professional combat athletes who are ready to execute missions in the largely unstructured battlefields of today and the future. MARSOC's performance and resilience ideology—which focuses on mind, body, and spirit—is integral to preparation and success.
MARSOC seeks to ensure that Marines are not only physically strong but also possess the mental focus and unconquerable spirit necessary to persevere under the extreme stress of a high operational tempo and through the unknowns of asymmetric warfare. Critical skills operators are trained with renewal in mind, focusing on the resilience of the individual, unit, and family.
This app is focused on the physical fitness portion of this ideology: improving physical performance through training and nutrition. It provides photographs and descriptions of exercises used by MARSOC, and will help prepare candidates for the physical aspects of the Assessment and Selection process. Upon arriving at A&S, candidates are expected to have completed this 10-week program.

Yes! This is it!
This is THE app, best thing I’ve found. The only problem that I’m having is that it has a built in reminder to tell you when you need to start everyday, the only problem is, on iOS you can’t change the time that the reminder goes off. It’s stuck at 6:00 am, which normally wouldn’t be a problem but I have to wake up and start doing things at about 4:00am so I need to reset it to later in the evening but I can’t. Hopefully no one else is having this problem. I’ve just been setting an alarm ton my phone though, so no big deal.
Good for getting rid of that EAS gut
I'm trying to get back into shape since I got out and this app is really awesome. It's very comprehensive and really easy to track progression. The only thing I was disappointed about is that the Marine in the example pictures wasn't wearing extra small silkies. Where the hell is my motivation supposed to come from??
I have always wanted to train like a Marine. My spouse was in the Marines and he misses it. I'm going to to start the process and motivate myself to get him motivated to join me. I'm a female I am strong but not strong enough for my standards. This is exactly what I have been looking for. Only the best will do.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
