Blood Bowl is the adaptation of the famous Warhammer Fantasy football board game created by Games Workshop.

Immerse yourself in single games in Solo Player mode to enjoy fun matches that won’t make your head hurt, or set off to conquer the Blood Bowl in the extensive Campaign mode. Develop your team and players by gaining victories and experience as you progress in the game.
In Multiplayer you can compete against a friend on your tablet in “Hotseat” mode, or launch yourself into the vast online world in a massive permanent league where you can create and develop your teams. Play against Blood Bowl players from all over the world thanks to our cross-platform multiplayer modes!
*The base game enables you to play Humans and Orcs: the other races are available from the in-game store.

Pretty good, could be better
Pretty faithful port of the board game. Folks familiar with the game may really come to like this one. Yeah, IAP is a bit annoying, but it's what you expect nowadays from games like these.
One request I'd really, really like to see done: please fix the randomizer. After having leveled up dozens of characters--in some cases to levels 5 and 6--I have only ever scored an ability increase once. I only scored a double ability once. Doubles should have a frequency of 1 in 6 (6 chances out of 36), and ability scores also 1 in 6 (there are 6 ways to roll 10 or greater, out of 36 possible rolls). To only have gotten 2 out of 40 to 50+ level advancements does seem a bit buggy...
Overall I am satisfied. Hopefully I'm not the only one who noticed this...
The game itself is great fun, and this port of the PC version is not too bad. If you can get it on sale, there is a lot of value here for $1. BUT every buyer needs to be aware of what they are getting - all the bugs from the PC version are present here as well and will never get fixed, the AI is the same pathetic mess (once you learn the rules and can calculate the odds, you will stop losing any games to the AI), only two teams are included with a handful more available as IAP. Definitely feels like a cash grab to me. But you grow attached to your team and it's a lot of fun to see it evolve from game to game.
I wish it had all the depth of the pc version with all the campaign financing options. Beware, whether you play it here or on the pc, it will get repetitive and a little boring. It's fun to come back to every few months and 5$ isn't too bad of a price for that. Also, you will loose constantly until you learn the rules, then it gets easier.
