Customer Reviews

Downright disrespectful and fraudulent

Chance of dropping a legendary item or champion from a chest is anywhere from 0.1-0.5%. A website posted this information and was sued by Gameloft to take this information down. Their "lottery system" is absolutely rigged such that you need to spend 5-10 thousand dollars to get all the worthwhile gear. Don't waste your money here folks.

Developers frequently put out new material before patching existing glitches/exploits. The Devs are so stubborn that the top 2 guilds in weekly guild wars practically have to *beg* them for the rewards that were earned with massive team effort.

Customer service has never helped to resolve a single issue I've had satisfactorily, they ask you to post a screen shot, shuffle you around to different people, then deny you any recompense for events clearly at fault of the developers. Truly the worst customer service experience you will experience on this earth.

The reward for playing daily and often is so minuscule it simply doesn't matter.

This is the most sickening example of a freemium pay2win model I have ever seen in my life - it panders to the 1% so heavily it serves as a shining example of how far greed can steer development of something with otherwise true potential.

China gets 5500gems/100$, whereas North America gets 1400gems/100$...

If I could ascertain what the Paris, France equivalent of the 'Better Business Bureau' was - I'd have several legitimate complaints to file.

Could be better...

I am still fairly new to the game, but I have put a significant amount of time and money into it. As everyone has stated in the reviews, the drop rate on chests is absurdly low. I have spent a decent amount of money trying to get great gear, only to be angered every single time. Of all the money spent, maybe one item is halfway decent.

I also play this game on my Apple TV gen 4 a good portion of the time and have had an annoying bug. Whenever I try to go to do a fusion or evolution I start scrolling and the highlight disappears so I don't know what I am scrolling to. I am blindly scrolling around and it gets so frustrating I quit playing at least 3 times daily.

Other than that, I find the game fun and addicting. The graphics are great and will keep you having fun until you realize that moving forward in the game will cost an arm and a leg.

Like going to disney world

This game is like going to Disney World. Everything's pretty, you have insane amounts of fun, it costs a fortune, and you have to wait forever to do anything. I don't get how someone could think it was a good idea to have an energy bar in this game. Were they so busy copying other crappier mobile games that they didn't realize this feature was hurting them? I'm fine getting scammed into running the item lottery, but at least have the decency to let me play your FREE game after I PAY an arm and a leg. At first they called these games "Free to Play." Then they called them "Free to Pay." Now all these annoying copy pasted mobile games feel more like they're "Free to Wait." How stupid could mobile developers be? Don't you want me to play your game? Don't you realize that the more time I spend playing, the more likely I am to spend money?
