Developer feedback would be wonderful

The program works ok. I can enter the info that is needed and can track it. But the following does not work properly:
1. cannot adjust columns - so when you print the plan out some columns are far too big and others get cut off
2. printing project plan is not good - for some unknown reason the program exports the entire project in some sort of picture so when you print it, it pixilates and you can’t even get the info to print out in some sort of order.
3. cannot put your company’s logo onto the project - only the app logo is displayed - whether you like it or not

and as for support… what support????? I have logged numerous calls with the developer and the only feedback I get is sarcasm, if any at all!

Do not waste your time as you will get no support whatsoever from the developer

I Want My Money Back

This app has so many issues its ridiculous. It does about half of what it claims. Garbage. Please do not give these people your money.

Very basic

This product builds a Gantt chart. The user interface is acceptable - if you are willing to live with quirks. For example, when entering data, you cannot use the command V key to paste data. You actually have to right click the field and choose paste. If you want help, you click on help and are taken to a web page which appears to have 2 download buttons - one that says IPad and one that says Mac. Of course, they are not buttons and you can’t click on them. They are simply boxes with some art work and the words themselves are hyperlinks. These quirks in UI design seem to be prevalent throughout the app. Another one is fileds that appear to take data - but don’t. In 45 minutes of use I managed to crash the app once (moving a task to a new position). There does not seem to be an auotsave feature as I lost everything when it crashed (save early - save often). Also it does not import from anything other than MSProject (I did not try that). It would be nice if it imported from at least a csv file.
On the plus side. It does build a Gantt chart, allows you to assign resources and dependencies, group tasks, etc. Once you get used to its UI and limitations, it is ok to use. Is it worth 50 bucks, depends on how badly you want a Gantt chart. I need to generate a timeline for a client right now, so I am not unhappy that I bought this. I would have been happier if it cost about half as much - at least until some of the short comings are over come.
