Update..I still love it, I'm glad now we can customize the background. I sync with My Fitness Pal and would like to chart my nutrition along with my steps and sleep etc. right now it's just limited to charting simple nutrition.
....I love that I can post pics if I want to. And I can track my workouts and not just log them. I would like to see more features, like the ability to track calories, a food and exercise diary, more workout choices and the ability to track different aspects of my workout like weight lifted or reps completed, also a more detailed communication with Fitbit, I like that map my fitness lets me choose my gear and map my location if I want to. But I love the app and love that I can post pics if I want to.
Has Everything You Need
Started using this App when I purchased an Apple Watch.
It has every main exercise you need right now. I use it when I hit the gym for upper, lower & total body work outs. Also use it to track my walks and my hiking trips.
Love the specific exercises you can choose instead of just a handful of exercises like some other apps. I like so when I look back at my logs/history it says upper body, lower body, total body, hiking, running, walking etc...
There are a lot of many other features that this app does but I just haven't needed them or really sat down to look but plan on it.
My opinion this app is the top of all the fitness apps and I would recommend it to anyone.
Terrible apple watch compatibility
I use this app to record workouts with my apple watch and it syncs with another app. After dumping mid workout yesterday it popped up today to tell me I'd been running for 23 hours straight. So apparently it had been running in the background. When I tried to finish and dismiss the workout or synced it to my other so anyway and completely messed up my tracking in that app. An update with Apple watch compatibility is desperately needed!
I love this app otherwise and would be very disappointed if I had to find a new one just because it doesn't work with my watch. I do have a gen 1 watch though, so I'm not sure if it's that, but my devices have the latest software updates.
