Buddha Pong is mindfulness for two. It is an adaptation of a popular and effective Burmese Buddhist vipassana technique called mental noting. Unlike the original version, however, Buddha Pong allows two people to practice aloud and together, automatically hooking you up with a partner for a ten minute social mindfulness session.

Revolutionary Approach to Mindfulness
If anyone had told me about this method of practicing vipassana meditation twenty years ago, I would have scoffed at the idea. But 20 years of fruitless and often joyless meditation and I was ready for any alternatives... And this has proved to be instantly fun and yet totally serious and valid at the same time. Very addictive!
Great technique
This is a really great way to meditate. Having a partner helps a lot towards bringing you into present moment awareness.
