We started DICE because we were fed up with how ticketing was done. So we changed things.

The app is frighteningly simple, and you can buy a ticket in less than 3 seconds. You can transfer tickets to friends, and even get an instant refund for sold out shows. Missed out on tickets? Don't worry, with our Waiting List, you're still in with a chance of seeing your favourite artist. Oh, and that old printer you're still using may aswell go in the trash. DICE is mobile only. No paper tickets, no hassle.

Every event on DICE is handpicked by a team of show-obsessed experts. From huge acts like Khalid and Sam Smith to newcomers who'll be just as massive in a few years like Rex Orange County and Maggie Rogers.

What's New

Version 3.17.1

It's Sunday night and you're sitting on the sofa next to your much watched phone. Suddenly, you hear that beep, you feel it vibrate. This is the moment you've been waiting for, the text back from that puddle of cute you were lip-locked to all last night on the dance floor. You grab at your phone while your heart pumps viciously in your chest. 'Buy 1 Get 1 Free On Any Size Pizza - Collection Only.' Why is it always Dominos? We know that the messages sent to your phone are important, that's why with this update we're giving you more control over the notifications and emails you receive from us. So whatever happens, we'll never be mistaken for your deep dish.

Bad support team, antiquated options for international with more than one number

I haven't used the app much yet but if you happened to be an international person with more than one phone numbers than be careful which one you're using! They don't let you use more than one numbers and swapping in between them is tricky as you have to contact their customer support which doesn't seem to be working very fast. Now, to receive a ticket from a friend I got to delete the app and register again with another phone number and email. The app might work well in more traditional scenarios but they really should be ready for such things in 2017 or at least have a support team that responds to messages.

Developer Response

Hey there,

Thanks so much for leaving your feedback and we're really sorry to hear that you didn't have a great first impression using DICE.

If you don't mind, I'd like to explain a little more about how we work and why we've made certain decisions that have impacted you.

When it comes to DICE, the main bit of information we use to register you is your phone number - it's almost like an email and password rolled into 1 for us. The reason for this is that it's totally secure; you can only login to DICE if you're the phone owner as we send you a 4 digit code to verify yourself.

That also means that we're not in the position to let our users swap back and forth between numbers without them having to contact our support team first for some verification. At the moment, our team is based in the UK but we are quickly expanding to the USA and are confident our response times will be a lot quicker should you need to contact us again.

If you do have the need to have more than 1 account with us, you can receive tickets through a transfer to both. Your friend who is the original purchaser will be asked to select your details from their contact list in their phone so whichever number they select will be the account that the tickets are sent to.

I hope that helps clears things up a little but please get in touch should you have any more questions or concerns and I'd be happy to chat. Thanks - Izzy

App locked up during booking stage

Excited to see this app in Los Angeles. Unfortunately, after attempting to book a ticket the "booking" screen gave me an infinite animation. Waited 2 minutes (in which time I received email confirmation that I had tickets) I force killed the app. Fortunately, when relaunching the app, the tickets were there. Seems like a simple bug to fix.

Developer Response

Hey there,

We're so equally as excited to be launched in Los Angeles too!

Thanks so much for reporting this to us and we'll definitely be working to ensure this doesn't happen in future. A possible reason for this could also have been that your cell service dropped during the time of purchasing but we'll still do some investigating just in case it's something from our side.

Thanks again and if you have any other issues or bits of feedback you'd like to share, please drop us a message at help@dice.fm.

Thanks - Izzy
