I was very aware of the free trial period - unlike some other commenters. There were 3 confirmation screens that outline the membership, so it’s beyond me how some of these people seem to have missed that! Anyway, the app works well for me and my daily habbitss. I enjoy the daily workouts and have switched to the ‘band’ workouts because I can do them at home and end up with a nice sweat when all is said and done. Sometimes I go to the gym and can switch over to a gym workout smoothly. The meal logging could be improved, but the restaurant menu suggestions are really incredible. I honestly have not seen that anywhere else before and find them highly useful. I might even pay just for that info alone.


Very disappointed

When you read the description of the app it says that it provides recipes. I got the app and there are no recipes. I contacted customer service and after four days they informed me that it was removed from the app and it's being updated and it will be reinstated in the next update. I cannot manually log in food, or create my own recipes. When I went to the help section it instructs to click on nutrition and that there will be a button that states manually log in food - it doesn't exist. As I cook at home I need to be able to create recipes and log them in, as well as add food that doesn't come up in their database. That's a huge flaw in this app. Very disappointed.


Bad customer service

I am having trouble getting my Fitbit to connect. It says it is connected, but doesn’t carry over any information. I have tried contacting customer service several times in multiple ways and have never heard anything. I love that the program gives you fitness routines, but the nutrition part is confusing. I feel I eat pretty healthy but always get 1 point for meals. I’m sorry i don’t eat chicken, potatoes, and a vegetable for every single meal. It is worth it enough to me just to have the fitness routines. But overall, needs a lot of improvement.
