Ive got many good deals through the app so can't complain. For those 'saying out of stock' on e.g. Black Fridays etc, u need to know when the deal is too good to be true, our 'Nija' people esp are 'xtremly sharp' in taking them and so u must. It's not Jumia's fault.
If I must be critical, it is that whenever u return to the app after a few mins, it reloads all the way to the homepage which isn't so with the website and the website is generally more up to date. All in all..Kudos!

I ordered 3 time and i recived nothing at all
First order i called 2 times and they confirm me all is good and i will get my order on time after 22 days i reached them again to say that the product is out of stock and they even didnt try to inform me or say anything
Than a orderd the second time in Black Friday they cancel my order even without informing me i called the after 3 week to ask where is the items they say with cold blood it’s called
